At NASHAYA, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality ethnic fashion, and if you're not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a transparent return and exchange process to ensure your peace of mind.

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Name of the Product
  • Description of the Issue
  • Opening video of the parcel being unboxed (Mandatory)

❗ The opening video is required to verify that the product was received in its original condition and was not used or altered after delivery.

🔁 Exchange Policy – UAE

✅ Free Exchange (For Damaged or Wrong Products Only)

  • An opening video is mandatory
  • Return shipping is covered by us
  • Applicable only if the product is damaged or incorrect

😐 Exchanging for Other Reasons (Size, Style, etc.)

  • A flat AED 20 exchange cost will apply
  • Customer must courier the product back to us at the return address provided
  • Exchange will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it is in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • No opening video provided
  • Product has been used, washed, or returned without original packaging/tags
  • Custom stitched or altered items

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved in limited cases, such as:

  • Order cancellations due to stock unavailability
  • Return requests that are approved after inspection

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that bank processing times may vary.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, kindly contact us at info@nashaya.com.

  • No walk-in returns accepted at our UAE office
  • Please follow the return/exchange procedure exactly as described
  • Our team reserves the right to approve or deny any claim based on policy compliance
  • Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 business days
