    • Nashaya offers FREE CASH ON DELIVERY. No additional charges for delivery except for Al Ruwais & Off city limits in UAE. All Major City limits are FREE DELIVERY
  • How long will the delivery take if I place an order?
    • Nashaya Offers the very latest fashion products. The delivery takes 7 to 10 days as all items are shipped from our warehouse in India. We request you to please plan your shopping accordingly. 
  • Where is Nashaya Boutique, Can I come and select the items?
    • Nashaya International has offices in Surat (India) and Ajman (UAE). We are purely an online Portal. We do not have a shop display. You can place an order at nashaya.com and Delivery will be done via courier.
  • What is Nashaya Exchange & Return Policy?
    • Free Replacement upon Damages or Defects
    • For any unsatisfactory exchanges, exchange cost of 20Dhs /Item applicable

  • Can I check the items before paying to the courier?
    • Couriers will not wait until you check the items. Couriers will have almost 50 to 60 deliveries per day & they will lose their target time, if every customer will make them wait. And hence, Couriers will only Cancel and Return the ORDER if you insist in checking. We request you to check all details before you place an order to avoid any discrepancies.
  • How does Online Tailoring work with Nashaya.
    • We have recently started Nashaya Online Stitching Services with the help of tailoring professionals. We are currently taking stitching orders For Blouse & Salwar Suits! To know more, please visit. 
  • Can we return if we do not like the items ?   
    • We know that each of our valued customers have different tastes, likes & Dislikes and it's hard to please everyone with everything. (There are people who even dislike AR Rahman songs, Apple and Samsung products.) So if in case you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can exchange the same with any other items with an exchange cost of 20Dhs per item. Rest is assured, you can sit at home, our courier boys will bring the exchange item and also take back the old item from you.
  • I received an item as damaged & defective, what do I do?     
    • Well this is not something we planned. We understand how you feel, when you expect an item you wished for and to see that item as damage is very saddening and frustrating. But as said, this is not planned, Nashaya makes sure we do not send out damage items or defective items to our valued customers, but human and technical error does happen. (Even Toyota has recalled so many vehicles). For each damage Nashaya promised FREE REPLACEMENT on the same product. Please note, each damage does cost us money as we offer you FREE REPLACEMENT, so we surely will try our best not to happen this. 
  • I want to replace the Damage item with a new item, I do not want the same one. Why are you charging 20Dhs/ Product for that?
    • Well as promised, there is a FREE REPLACEMENT for damages with the same item. Its Replacement and not exchange what we offer as FREE. If you receive a defective item, we also have an agreement with the manufacturer to get this item replaced. Eventually, after we get the item from you, We will send it back to the manufacturer for replacement. But if you intend to exchange it with a new item, this will be treated as a new exchange. From our previous experience with few, very few customers they purposely make damages because;
      • They liked a new design that was just launched and want to get that,
      • They did not like the color
      • The material was not suiting their body shape
      • Their friends said, it does not suit their complexion
      • There party was cancelled and now they do not need it anymore
  • Is there a card on payment upon delivery?
    • Nashaya offers cash on delivery at the moment in UAE. However we are working on this request as most of our customers wanted to have credit card and online payments activated. We will very soon update this.
  • Can we return if we do not like the items ? 
    • If you do not like an item purchased from Nashaya.com, you can return that and exchange it with the latest fashion designs we have. Please note, there is NO CASH REFUND POLICY. ONLY EXCHANGE PERMITTED
  • Any discount if we buy more than one ?
    • Nashaya offers FREE DELIVERY, and No extra charges or hidden charges. We always offer the best prices for Women's Fashion Products. However we also value bulk purchases. If you intend to buy more than 10 items, please contact our sales team on WhatsApp for bulk purchase discounts.
