Thank you very much for shopping with Nashaya. There are times when a customer want to exchange the item they have purchased and we are ready to help you on this. Please follow the below steps to get the exchange done smoothly. 

  1. FREE EXCHANGE ON DAMAGE ITEM: Well many people still doubt online purchases as to what if they get a damage item. Well you are dealing with NASHAYA and we promise you Free exchange, if you receive any the damage item, (Free Replacement with the new same item that you have ordered). Please inform Nashaya sales team on whatsapp (https://wa.me/971543303518) about the damage. Please note: Color variations will not be considered as damage, as this color damage happens mostly due to the different resolution of mobiles or laptops used.
  2. DAMAGE ITEM: Please send us a video of damage item to WhatsApp (https://wa.me/971543303518). Please note: color variation will not be considered as damage. After verification, we shall send you the same item to you absolutely free. Please pack the damage item and hand it over to the courier. New item will be send to you at the earliest. For Damage item we will only send you the same item as free replacement. if you insist on changing the item, there will be an exchange cost of 20Dhs per item. 
  3. Courier will come to you with the new item and take back the old item from you. The damage items should be packed in original packing. No other delivery charges will be levied on Damage replacement.
